Welcome to Heal For Life UK

Heal For Life operates an innovative, affordable five day residential programme, to help adults who have experienced trauma or abuse in their childhood, to recover from the effects of it.

Heal For Life is run by survivors for survivors and we believe that we all have the capacity to heal.

The five day programmes are held in a peaceful and safe environment, near Bradwell-on-Sea, in Essex.

Our five day programme will not be run in 2026, we are pausing for a year, whilst we seek a new venue for the programmes.  We will be back in 2027.
